The support we received from the top management of the hotel who got involved and got us a higher value room for cheaper value as there were some booking issues. The room was clean, big and we had a comfortable stay.

1. Location: Prime. Below the hotel, there is a Pharmacy, Newtons Super Market, Veg& Non-Veg(Punjabi Style) Restaurant. Bike on Rent, Dinner with Live music. Recommended for family, especially with kids/toddlers. Off course, beaches are nearby too. 2. Breakfast: Good. Food was rotated with no repetition. 3. Staff: Humble, helpful, soft spoken. 4. In Hotel Restaurant: Good, did not expected such a decent meal when ordering adhoc, delivery was fast, one call was enough, no reminder. 5. Hygiene: Good, call reception to get your room clean. 6. Wifi: Manageable.Vodafone network works pretty well, even at the beaches. 7. Facilities: Lift, AC, TV, 2 bottle of water daily, Hot&Cold water in bathroom with soap, shampoo. 8. A very good point to consider the hotel is it doesn't have too many rooms, so less crowd during breakfast, services are quick, attached Balcony view(specially the one facing roadside) is good to chill/drink/smoke.

The Hotel was good and location was also good. It was centrally locate and easy to get foods, medicine etc. The room was spacious and the facility provide is comfortable. The service was also good
